Find answers to the most common questions about getting started with Booking Board.

Migration

  • Request a demo account

    Once you've contacted us, we'll guide you further. There are a few small things that need to be in place before we can set up your app and establish your payment solution, but we'll take care of that once you've reached out to us.

  • Set up a payment agreement

    Your payments will be processed through Frisbii. Therefore, you'll need to create an account with them – if it seems complicated, just contact us and we'll help you!

  • Migration of members

    Get an export from your old system! You need to contact your current provider and request an export of your members, memberships, and payment cards. In most cases, we can help you obtain this export. After that, we will import the members and memberships into Booking Board.

  • Creating your mobile app

    Once we have your customers and you've set up the classes, we can create your app! After that, you're free to rearrange classes, members, etc. in our dashboard. When you feel ready, we'll roll it out to all your members – they won't need to do anything other than download the app and log in. We'll send them this information!

  • Passive members

    Do you have inactive members whose payments are still running? Then they will continue after the migration. Some foreign solutions have issues with Danish payment cards, and although we don't face the same challenges, those systems won't automatically start working again. Therefore, the customer must register their payment card in Booking Board if their payment agreement isn't working before you make the switch!
