Access control

Stop shared access and save staffed hours

Members get in with face recognition or the app, and access follows their membership automatically. A face can't be lent out, so people who borrowed someone else's access need a membership of their own.

Choose Booking Board and we help you set up access control on your doors. Door access is part of Operate, which builds on Essentials and Manage (€397 a month for all three); the lock hardware is bought separately.

Frequently asked questions

What does Booking Board cost?
Every gym starts with Essentials at €69 a month. Add Manage (€149), Operate (€179), Coach (€69 plus €2 per client), Engage (€29) and Grow (€49) when you need them. All six modules cost €544 a month plus €2 per coaching client. Prices are per gym and exclude VAT.
What does a gym pay in total?
Example: a gym that takes €20,000 a month by card and runs Essentials and Manage pays €218 for the modules and from €198 in card fees, so from €416 a month in total, excluding VAT and SMS.
What does card processing cost?
Visa and Mastercard issued in your country cost 0.99% and international cards 1.99%. Card fees are billed by use, separately from your modules.
What is door access worth?
Example: a gym with 600 members at €38 a month gets about €114 a month from people who used to borrow someone else's access and saves €540 in staffed hours, so door access is worth about €654 a month. It is part of Operate, which with Essentials and Manage costs €397 a month. Choose Booking Board and we help you set it up; the lock hardware is bought separately.
Can I add or remove modules later?
Absolutely. Your stack is fully flexible — add a module when you're ready, or remove one you no longer need. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Which payment methods can members use?
Card, SEPA direct debit, MobilePay, Vipps, Swish, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can members start in the middle of the month?
Yes. You can bill everyone on a fixed day of the month, and the first payment is prorated for the days until then.
Is the member app included?
Yes. Essentials includes your own branded member app with your gym's name, logo and colours. There is no extra fee for the app.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are per gym and exclude VAT. SMS, identity validation and card fees are billed by use.
Do you offer a discount for several locations?
Yes. Groups with 5 or more locations get custom pricing with volume discounts from 10%, dedicated onboarding and a named account manager.
Do you help us migrate from our current software?
Yes — we handle the migration for you. We move your member data, payment details, and key account information so you can switch platforms smoothly with minimal effort.
