What does Operate cost?
Operate costs €179 a month per gym and works together with Manage, excluding VAT. Door hardware is bought separately.
Which door systems does Booking Board work with?
JustFace and Kisi. Access follows the membership automatically, so it opens when someone joins and closes when their membership ends, and you can set opening hours per door. Door access is part of Operate (€179 a month).
Which accounting systems does it work with?
You can export your bookkeeping for e-conomic, Dinero and Billy, and as an SIE file for Fortnox and Visma, with sales, VAT and payments on the right accounts. Accounting is part of Operate.
Does Booking Board handle payroll?
Yes. Operate includes wage rates, an hour bank and salary settlement, works with Danløn, and lets staff pick up and swap shifts in the app.
Can we sell products at the front desk?
Yes. Sell products at the front desk and in the app, with stock tracking for every product.
