Your payments will be processed through Frisbii. Therefore, you’ll need to create an account with them – if it seems complicated, just contact us and we’ll help you!
Get an export from your old system! You need to contact your current provider and request an export of your members, memberships, and payment cards. In most cases, we can help you obtain this export. After that, we will import the members and memberships into Booking Board.
Once we have your customers and you’ve set up the classes, we can create your app! After that, you’re free to rearrange classes, members, etc. in our dashboard. When you feel ready, we’ll roll it out to all your members – they won’t need to do anything other than download the app and log in. We’ll send them this information!
Do you have inactive members whose payments are still running? Then they will continue after the migration. Some foreign solutions have issues with Danish payment cards, and although we don’t face the same challenges, those systems won’t automatically start working again. Therefore, the customer must register their payment card in Booking Board if their payment agreement isn’t working before you make the switch!
