Big news in the booking system: Discounts, waiting lists and smarter reports

Release Friday - New features and improvements to our booking system

Another week has passed and we're ready with a number of updates, improvements and new features to make it even easier to run your business with the best online booking system on the market. Here's what's new in this week's release:

Unique email domains per centre - ready for two-way communication

It is now possible to assign a unique email domain to each individual centre. This is the first step towards being able to send and receive emails directly in the system, making communication with members more efficient.

Discounts per line on invoices

You can now add discounts directly to individual lines on an invoice. This provides greater flexibility and control, especially for special offers or adjustments.

Restructured repayment service

The refund function has been improved so you can now refund either entire invoices or individual lines. This makes it easier to handle partial refunds and customise finances accurately.

Improved member list with display of discounts

The member list has an updated layout and better filtering, so you can now clearly see and manage which memberships have discounts attached.

Max number of bookings per day per team type

It is now possible to set a limit on how many classes of the same type a member can book in one day. This helps avoid overbooking and ensures fairer access to classes - something that is central to efficient booking systems.

Publicity on events

You can now specify whether events should be public. Public events are only shown in the app or via a direct link - perfect for closed events or special invitations.

Integration with Frisbii webhooks

We now support webhooks from Frisbii, allowing for automated workflows and better data exchange between systems.

Bug fixes in reports

Several bugs in the reports module have been fixed to provide you with more stable and accurate reports.

Waiting list on memberships

It is now possible to enable waiting list on memberships. This is ideal for memberships with limited capacity or high demand - a feature that many demand in modern booking systems.

Loyalty reports based on number of workouts

New reports now show members' training activity and loyalty based on the number of trainings completed - both year-to-date and by month.

New data source: Order lines in reports

The "Order lines" data source is now available in the reports, giving you more detailed insights into purchases down to line level.
