Improved reporting with a focus on insights and growth

A recurring request from our customers has been better and more flexible reporting. We have now delivered on that. In collaboration with Business & Fitness and inspired by TwoBrains, our developers have built a new reporting tool from scratch.

With the new tool you get:

• Clear insight into membership inflow and outflow
• Overview of changes in memberships
• Ability to create your own reports
• Advanced filters, export options and pivot tables

New communication feature - direct and efficient contact with your members

We know that good communication is crucial for a great member experience - and for member retention.

That's why you can now:

• Send emails and SMS directly to individual members
• Contact entire teams with just a few clicks - e.g. in case of changes or cancellations
• Use the same features for events

All communication takes place directly in Booking Board, so you don't have to jump between systems. This saves time - and ensures that important information reaches you quickly. We've also implemented a resend function for emails in cases where they don't arrive and you want to resend them to members.

Events: more overview, more details

The Events module has been overhauled, which means you now have:

• A better view of both upcoming and past events
• A detailed attendee list with info about ticket choices and which options the attendee has selected
• Advanced filtering and the ability to export attendee data

We've made it easier to get an overview and manage events.

Check in without QR codes - faster and smarter

We've made team check-in more flexible and user-friendly. You no longer need to scan a QR code - the system now uses location-based check-in.

This means:

• No waiting or queuing at the door
• A smoother experience in your centre
