Essentials costs $69 a month per gym, excluding VAT. Every Booking Board setup starts with it, and you add other modules when you need them.
What is included in Essentials?
Member and staff profiles with roles and permissions, the class schedule with booking and waitlists, messages and push notifications, tasks, and your own branded member app.
Is the member app included?
Yes. Essentials includes your own branded member app with your gym's name, logo and colours, at no extra cost.
Can members book classes in the app?
Yes. Members book, cancel and join waitlists in the app, and you set the capacity, booking window and cancellation deadline for each class.
Can I run more than one gym?
Yes. Each gym has its own Essentials, and one account runs them all. Memberships can be valid in every location, so members can book across your gyms.
