Can members sign up and pay online?
Yes. New members choose a membership, accept your terms and pay online, and they are created automatically without help from reception.
Which payment methods can members use?
Card, SEPA direct debit, MobilePay, Vipps, Swish, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What does card processing cost?
Visa and Mastercard issued in your country cost 0.99% and international cards 1.99%.
Can members start in the middle of the month?
Yes. You can bill everyone on a fixed day of the month, and the first payment is prorated for the days until then.
What happens when a payment fails?
Booking Board retries the payment automatically and follows up with the member. Unpaid invoices can be sent on to debt collection with Collectia.
